The Thompson Submachine Gun !.!.!. you could wipe out a whole bunch of the enemy!. Mustard gas and such really helped the men out!. Just lob some gas at the enemy and sit back knowing that their lungs were blistering!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The British deployed tracked vehicles with guns on them to break through the wire and shoot up the enemy still in the trenches!. The first use of tanks was at the Battle of Cambrai in 1916 (they were a bit of a failure at the start because they broke down a lot)Www@QuestionHome@Com
