Zheng He's travels went to the lands in East Asia and around the Indian Ocean!. I'm not sure about Taiwan, but the claim that he discovered America is mostly rubbish!. It's correct that he was a Hui Muslim (his father was a hajj, that is, someone who had made the pilgrimage to Meccah) coming from Yunnan, and that he brought giraffes!. The giraffes came from the sultan of Malindi (in Kenya), and in China were believed to be the mythical creature qilin!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
