The Korean war did not change the culture as much as the
V!.W!. did, but both generations were effected in various ways
of how "Cold wars" were thought of in the neg!. and people's

During the 50's many Americans built bomb shelters ( fall-out shelters ) in case of an nuclear attack!.
In the 60's we were taught in school and there were commericals on t!.v!. for kids ( I remember them ) teaching you what to do in case of an attack, we were taught " duck and cover drills "!. Don't think it would of done much good though!.
The American public was always being warned of a possible attack!.

The Cold War started another " Red Scare " in America and McCarthyism and anti-communism sentiment swept across America!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
