During the cold war the us had a policy of containment, which they tried to keep communism where they spread!. Well it ended up USSR got North Korea, and basically there ideology of communism spread to them!. Kim jong II was communist influenced by the simplicity of the ways of communism!. Kim Jong II didnt get in the highest of power untill the 1980s, nearing the end of the Communism ruleWww@QuestionHome@Com
