Question: Which Polish Towns or cities remained safe from germans or russians during world war 2!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
None!. All Polish territory was, in the end, divided between Soviet and German forces!. A fair number of Poles managed to flee before Poland fell, and a considerable number of them ended up serving on the Free Polish Forces based in Great Britain (see Polish 1st Armoured in the Falaise campaign and the Polish Airborn in the Market Garden campaign)!. There was also a Polish Government in Exile set up in England, although the Soviets rather than the British ended up setting up the post-war government!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
