Would you deserve it if your neighbor decided to come over kill you and your family and then burn your house down!? Or better yet, tie you and your family up and then burn the house down with you alive in it!? No one deserves to die except those that deliberately destroy innocent lives either through their actions or through directing the actions of others!.
