Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Until 1890, Indian Territory!. After 1890, Indian Territory for the eastern part, Oklahoma Territory for the western part!. However the Oklahoma panhandle had no name (and presumably no birth records!?) between 1850 and 1887, and would be Cimarron Territory between 1887 and 1890!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I think it might have read Oklahoma Territory!.
