Official name of the statue of liberty is "Liberty Enlightening the World"

7 Spikes in the Crown represent:
- Either Seven Seas:
Arctic, Antarctic, North & South Atlantic, North & South Pacific, Indian.
- Or Seven Continents:
North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Antarctica, Australia

25 windows in the crown represent: "natural minerals" of the earth
Toga represents: The Ancient Republic of Rome
Torch represents: Enlightenment
Chains underfoot represent: Liberty crushing the chains of slavery
She carries a tablet with the date “July 4, 1776” inscribed on it. This represents the date recognized as the beginning of American freedom from Great Britain.

You forgot the broken chains around her feet - symbolizing freedom from slavery and oppression.

The torch is a beacon - of freedom
The book is a book of law - symbolizing the realm of law - that the US is a nation ruled by law first and foremost, equal protection for all.
The crown with seven spikes represents the 7 seas and 7 continents of the world, re-enforcing the universal concept of liberty.
The robe refers to the Roman influence of the goddess "Libertas", which was worshipped by freed slaves.

The torch symbolizes the Beacon of freedom and the book I believe symbolizes the constitution..or bill of rights.

The toga...I have no clue
