Zhou dynasty (1122 BC to 256 BC) is divided into the western and eastern Zhou..and followed by the spring and autumn and warirng states periods..it is the 3rd recorded dynasty after Xia and Shang..Zhou dynasty lasted longer than the other dynasty in Chinese history.many philosophers like Kong zi and Lao zi emerged in that dynasty.Using of iron is introduced to China during Zhou dynasty..
