You don't need to look at Potsdam; that just divided Germany. You need to look at what happened after the war, while Germany was divided. East Berlin v. West Berlin, etc--the airlift, the Berlin Wall, the separate governments of divided Germany. The Truman/Churchill/Stalin stuff, mostly...and then into the '60s and '70s and such, but mostly the stuff that went on during Truman's Presidency. ok do your own homework.........
