Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: What was the policy of the United States towards Fidel Castro’s regime in Cuba? ---- united States was an enemy of Cuba, but what is the policy? they set up an embargo against Cuba and cut all diplomatic ties with them which means Cuba cannot trade with the US. Furthermore the US would basically cut ties with those who chose to trade with Cuba.......who is the real villain here? OH its titled the Cuba Democracy Act.....the US once again wanted to bring democracy to the world by force.(aaaah the irony) not to recognize their government and impose a trade embargo on them...and try to overthrow their government with the CIA (but that one's a badly kept secret). |
