The Missouri compromise would allow M to come in as a slave state, Maine as a free state.
Slavery was barred from the Northwest Territory. Mexican lands would not come in to play until after the Mex-Am war.

Aw, come on. Are you telling me your history textbook doesn't have this information? (And please tell me you know that there was no slavery in Pennsylvania in 1830....)
