Being ex military, an ex hunter, and a all around open minded person, it is rather obvious to me that LHO didnt do this alone, as a matter of fact it is impossible for someone to fire that many shots from that weapon from that high at a moving target, its not realistic. I do believe that he was involved and that one or two of his shots could have contributed. If you get a chance read the book called Double Cross by Frank Gianncana. He was the brother to Sam Gianncana, the reputed mob boss of chicago at that time. It pretty well makes a logical case that the mob did it and why. Whether its true is unknown, but it certainly raises alot of questions and makes alot of sense. We will never know the facts to this, but I will always believe that this was a tragedy that someone pulled off and got away.

I think it's obvious that there was no "lone gunman." The fact that he was shot by a known mob affiliate before he could testify is proof enough to me.

One important source studying this concluded that there was probably another shot fired from the grassy knoll. (I can't remember if it was the Warren Commission or some other group, but it wasn't just a flakey group, it was legit.)
I believe LHO did hold the killing weapon, however. He was not a scapegoat although he may have been a participant in a conspiracy, perhaps unknowingly.

I don't know if he was framed, but there is more to it than just him doing what he did.
He may have been the actual killer, but there are questions that still haven't been answered.

There is no proven motive (so we don't know if he was being paid to do it, or something like that).
There were too many people that saw too many things to just discount out of hand.
The "magic bullet theory," that explains how Oswald only shot twice and caused so many wounds to so many people, is a total joke.

I think the biggest thing is the lack of proven motive. Not knowing why he did it means we don't know who else may have been involved.
I also have to agree that his sudden death, in a secure location, by someone that had a criminal background, is very suspicious.
Also, a number of other people with information pertaining to his killer were dead of various causes within a year.

I don't doubt that LHO was fully involved and did indeed shoot the president...however so did at least 1 other person. I base my belief in this mainly because NO ONE has ever been able to fire the supposed 3 shots with the same rifle...including the USMC's top sniper...if a guy with dozens of confirmed kills can't duplicate the feat, I can't for the life of me understand how a virtually untrained clown like LHO could have...and then to be killed by a mob asso. before he can testify...just a little bit of hard to swallow the warren commission's lone gunman theory....and of course the topper is that the commissions full findings have been SEALED until 2064....by which time there won't be a single survivor from the time.

I don't believe there was another gunman. My reason for this is a book written by Michael M. Baden M.D., who is a medical examiner, and Judith Adler Hennessee. He discloses much info crucial to that question, but too lenghty to quote. The book treats other cases, too - very interesting!

Sorry - my brain was out to lunch - the name of the book is "Unnatural Death".
