The Median Empire started in the 7th century bce.

Persian is a Indo-Eurpean language while Arabic is an Afro-Asiatic language.

Arabs are usually people who are from the Arabian Peninsula and northern Africa (But tradionally Arabian Penninula), speak Arabic and consider themselves of such.

Iran speaks primarly Persian and do not consider themselves arabic. They historically have not been associated with them and for the most part the Persian Empires were located in modern day Iran. The Sassanid Empire religion was Zoroastrianism and they were destroyed by the Islamic Caliphate in 651

They are descendants of the Persians. The Persian Empire came LONG before the Arabs.

That's a common misconception, but the Persian Empire was conquered by Arabian armies in the later 1400's. It became part of the Muslim empire. But no, for the most part. the Iranians are Persians, not Arabs

Seriously they are not Arab. It is a very big insult to call them "Arab". Yes their history goes back 3000 years.

They are very seriously not Arabs. They are Persians, probably closely related to the Aryans who invaded India 3000 years ago, and descendants of several powerful empires - including that of Darius, Cyrus and Xerxes, who defeated the Spartans at Thermopylae and lost to the Greeks at Marathon.

I've been referring to them as Persians. Iranian women are incredibly sexy to me.
