The Mayflower Compact was in 1620, and the English Bill of Rights was in 1689...so The Mayflower Compact!

the mayflower compact i think- it was signed when the first pilgrims landed in north america
thee english bill of rights wasnt put into place until the reinstallment of william and mary, which was some time later- remember the compact had to be based on something and these werent especially educated people

I don't really know, history starts to physically bore me after the Tudors.
