Race is absolutely a social concept. In the contexts of political reform, political strife, war, segregation, and power differences, race should be seen as a social concept.

After all, human biology, as a general consideration, doesn't change worldwide. We are all human beings. Social questions determine where particular races end up on the world 'spectrum'. These questions include:
- who should have power, and who shouldn't?
- who has power, and who shouldn't?
- how far does discrimination extend?
- why are people racist?

I am an Italian. Once upon a time, Italians were the least-desirable immigrants to the western world. The times and circumstances of society and social order judge racism accordingly.
