Have people dived down into the titanic or was it just robots?

Various clips from the opening scene in the 1997 film were actual videos of the Titanic (none of the interiors, but the exteriors, as you first see the ship, etc.) If I'm not mistaken, those submarines (though not the actual shots in the movie, of course) are real, and people do go down in them.

No human can survive being down that deep, they would be crushed. So no. Just probes

The mini subs used have had people in them but to my knowledge it is too deep for diving into.

Its just been robots, the water is too cold for people to bear. They go down in little subs, but send in the little robots into the ship itself.
