Saratoga, NY. You probably mean Bendict Arnold he was not second in command but recieved a lot of credit for the victory. If so for turning traitor. On the other hand you could mean Daniel Morgan. He was not second in command as well, but did almost as much to help win. If you mean him, he won the Battle of Cowpens later in the south.
