Question: How do I find the white officer who commanded company I, 13th United States Colored Infantry!?
I have an original document from 1864, acknowledging the receipt of ordnance from Company I, 13th United States Colored Infantry!. This document was handed to me from my grandmother's family, but there is no legible signature on it naming this commander!. How can I find out the identity of this individual!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
