Go to Cyndi's List genealogy site!. They have links to all sorts of things--other countries; forms; Ellis Island; books; sections for beginners, photos, etc!. Become familiar with soundex (numerical grouping of numbers instead of letters)!. Remember European dates are identical to military dates--that is day first, month then year!. So 15/12/39 is 15th of December 1930!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
