Obviously you can't be talking about an illegal immigrant to the USA or even America, so which country do you come from!? Was there even illegal migration in 1430!? I suppose there would be various groups such as the Jewish community who would may have to leave a country!. There could be reasons for anyone to be deported!. And no, people in 1430 didn't think the Earth was particularly flat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go along with Evelyn's answer!. =) Back in 1430, passports were not required to immigrate anywhere!. It was barely the Age of Exploration (with Columbus, Pizarro, Cortez, etc), and basically the people still thought the earth was flat!. It took these explorers and others like them to prove otherwise!. So, once their theories were proven and sea routes opened up, if people wanted to immigrate somewhere, they just "hopped on a boat" and floated across the ocean!. Even just traveling from one country to another in Europe--like France to Germany--didn't require "papers" to do so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't think so!. If the generations that followed were born in the US that makes you all US citizens!. Besides the laws weren't that strict back then, so I am sure many got away with being illegal then some how became legal!.
