His mother was Mary Baker born 1709 in Woodbury, CT and died 1774 in Cornwall, CT!. His grandfather Samual Allen was born in 1665 in MA and died 1718 in Coventry, CT, his great grandfather Nemehiah Allen was born 1634 in South Windsor, CT and died 1684 Northampton, MA and his great great grandfather Samuel Allen was born 1597 in Braintree, Essex, England and died 1648 in Windsor, CT!.
