Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You would have to contact the Tribal Elders - of the "Creek Nation" she was a member of - and find out from them what the eligibility would be!. Each recognized Indian Tribe in the US has it's own set of rules and reg's - I some instances; they are still considered "independent and souvern nations" - that is true, for the Papago, Bannock and "Confederated tribes of the Umitilla Indians!."Www@QuestionHome@Com I think you have to be at least one-quarter!.Www@QuestionHome@Com |
