Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Third cousins!.
You have the same great-great-grandparents!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

3rd cousins!.

Call your grandfather Walter, his cousin Albert, you Wyatt, and the granddaughter Alice!. Call your Great grandfather Zebidiah, too!. Keeping parents below children, each generation on a line, and ignoring spouses and siblings, we have:

Zebidiah & Zachary = brothers
Walter & Albert = 1st cousins
William & Andrew = 2nd cousins
Wyatt & Alice = 3rd cousins

Change the names as appropriate, if you print this out!.

When (if) you and "Alice" have children, they will be 4th cousins to each other!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
