You would be my Second Cousin once removed as explained here:

My Grandfather and your Great-Grandfather are brothers!.

My Father and your Grandfather are First Cousins (children of siblings)

Your Father and I are Second Cousins (children of First Cousins are Second Cousins)

You are my Second Cousin once removed (Children of my Second Cousins are once removed, meaning one generation down)!.
