I would take a look at Uniontown, Perry county, AL!.
Elvira Fields was born there Feb 1884 to Douglas & Virginia Fields, out of a dozen children!. Would this fit your case!? If so, I can look some more!. also a Elvira Starkes died in Perry county, Oct 11, 1922!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
