let me correct all the answers which are wrong!. Once removed means your cousin's children!. Twice removed is your cousin's grandchildren!. Second cousins to you are not your cousin's cousin!. They are your parent's cousins' children!. (Your parent's first cousin once removed is your second cousin) and so on and so forth!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Let's say your grandma had two kids, your mom and your uncle!. You and your uncle's kids are first cousins, right!? Now, let's assume that you and your cousin each had a kid!. Your kids are second cousins to each other, and your cousin's kid is your first cousin once removed!. The once removed means there's a generation gap between common ancestors!.
