Is there a way you can find out a persons last name if you know about everything

Question: Is there a way you can find out a persons last name if you know about everything else about them!?

I know first name, DOB, town they live in, school they went to!. But can't figure out their last name!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

A lot depends of the time period if they were born in,before 1930 one method would be to do a search of the census records, using just the first name, state, county, town!. Could give you many possibilities, but if you have more than one name and birthdates you should be able to match the info with a correct surname!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
