My sister is looking for her dad, whom she hasn't heard from in at least ten years, and a man I know is looking for his sister who was adopted out by Ca!. DHS about 18 years ago!.
Are there any free resources to help find long lost friends or relatives!?
I tried the online search websites, but they all charge and don't guarantee their information!.
also we only have names and birth dates, and basic area or where we last knew them to be!.
