I like Family Tree Maker, by the Ancestry people!. It's easy to use (although there were some features in previous editions that were easier) and relatively inexpensive!.

You used to be able to get it at Sam's Club, generally with CD-ROMs full of info, but I haven't seen it there for some time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
