I am A 43 year old adopted male!. I just located the adoption agency!. The way to petition the court to break the seal is easier than you may think!. All you need do is have some genetically inherited trait!. I am a celiac wheat gluten intolerant!. This is an inherited genetic function that is auto immune and can be deadly!. This more is more than enough to open the seal!. They will ask you if this is medical in nature or do you want contact !. Now the court fee, in Washington D!.C!., was told to me yesterday, is 80 bucks!. The adoption agency wants 500 dollars to break the seal and the courts approval!. It isn't as hard as the others say!. The dysfunctions that require the seal broken are easy !. If you have no diabetics, or epilepsy , or kidney problems , but even bad allergies can crack the seal so , do not be discouraged and do not get your hopes up or you are running into a fall!. I will also tell you that my dysfunction is now proven through genetics and is in 43 % of the general population!. The 100% accurate HLA DQ1 through HLA DQ9 genetic modifier test can be bought and done easily online for 149 dollars!. The lab Is Named Entero labs in Texas!. There you have it!Www@QuestionHome@Com

The first place you should start is your adoption company!. But most of the time if the adoption is closed it's gonna take a lot of hard work to find the information you need b/c someone specifically didn't want you to have it!. Try to start with what you have and do all the searching you can!. The internet is a powerful tool!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Adoptions are normally closed by law, and in your case, the law goes along with what mom intended!.
Unless you can get a court order to open the files (extremely unlikely), you can't find someone that you have no info on!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
