yes as soon as possible , my husbands been going through the same thing for years!. His name is Brian(no lie), and on his B/C it says Brain, so his legal name is Brain Wayne- he is 30 years old and still has trouble renewing drives license- Good luckWww@QuestionHome@Com

I would want to get it changed, but I wish you luck in doing so!. The same thing happened to a friend of mine, she was listed as male!. They refused to change it as they wanted a true copy of her birth certificate as proof of her identity!.!.!.huh!?!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

That either needs correction (and good luck, I have no idea how or if they will do it) or your parents have got some 'splainin' to do!.

You don't actually have a vagina, do you!? There's your problem right there !.!.!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

You need to go to the county courthouse and request an amendment to your birth certificate!. Then, they'll fix it!. They'll probably charge you about $30!.00 for it as well!.
