Question: Anyone know how to contact Ancestry!.com or Ancestry!.uk!.com!?
I have subscribed by credit card to Ancestry!.com for three years, but I can never get into the genealogy service even with the password they sent me when I first subscribed!. They deduct my subscription against my card every year - but I've never been able to use the service!. There are pages and pages of Q&A answers but no way of contacting them by e!.mail!. My subs were increased by £10 this year but I have never had a single communication from them either by e!.mail or otherwise!. Can anyone help!? Is this a scam!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ancestry is not a scam!.
You should have cancelled payment in the beginning, thru your credit card, when your password didn't work!.

Just wondering!.
How did you access Ancestry Q&A, without a valid password!?

P!.S!.
I keep a log book of all phone numbers and e-mail addresses, including dates of registration/subscriptions, names and passwords, how much I paid or if it's free, for each site I'm registered on!. All received and sent e-mails are printed and filed in a real folder!.
I'm not an organization freak, just a old woman, who is relatively new to the Internet!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Click Help link in upper corner of their opening page (under the word "Upgrade")!. On next page, click the "Email Ancestry Support" tab , which opens up to a form to be filled out (your Email Address, and additional information--* Select a Request--which has a drop down list, your Ancestry Username, Operating System (Windows or Mac), your
Web Browser (AOL, internet explorer, msn, etc) if the problem is internet related, * Subject and *Question, and then click the continue button!. The next page opens with possible answers to your question, but if this response did not answer your question, click the "Send your email now" button!.

Once you have an account set up, the withdrawal from your credit card is automatic (mine is by the month)!. If they assigned you a password, I think it works just so long (like to activate your account) and then you will have to upgrade your profile and choose a password you want to use and can remember!.
Their terms and conditions page says this:
1!. Fees and Payments
Subscription membership is continuous until terminated by the user!.

2!. Official correspondence must be sent via postal mail to: The Generations Network, Inc!. Attn: Customer Solutions, 360 W 4800 N Provo, UT 84604!.
