First name and surname sites?

Question: First name and surname sites!?

Hi, I'm looking for name sites!.

1!. A site that lists the top names according to year, (Going back to at least 1830)

2!. A site that lists surnames by origin/nationality!.

and this one is another really good site, once you have typed in the surname and done the search it gives you another option below the surname search box to search for first names!.
