Jacob Haug and his wife Magdalena (nee Veck) please?

Question: Looking for info on Jakob/Jacob Haug and his wife Magdalena (nee Veck) please!?

What I know: Jakob was born in 1807 in Hechingen, Baden-Wuerttemburg!. Magdalena was born 1809 in Prussia!.

They came to the US aboard the "Finland" in 1853 and settled in Wayne, Washington Co, Wisconsin!.

I have no info on parents for either person and I do not know where Magdalena was born!. I'm hopeful for any information about either!. Thanks in advance for any help!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You have a chance to find informations about both persons you are looking for in the church books of Hechingen, as they certainly were married for a long time when they left for America!. (It's possible that the surname of Magdalena had been recorded as "Weck"!. Just for fun you might take a look into the nationwide telephone directory to compare the commonness of both name versions!.)
