well my grandma usually calls me twice a month or so and i havent talked to her in 9 MONTHS! my dad tells me "o shes just busy i bearly talk to her either" but no matter how busy she is she always makes time to call me !. this might b silly but i think maybe something bad happened to her and my dad doesnt want to tell me!. so my question is, is it silly for me to b worried!? and also wat could b rele going on!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you have her telephone number, why not call her yourself and talk to her!. Or call some of her neighbors to see if anything is wrong!. Nine months not hearing from my grandma would have killed me, and it SHOULD bother your Dad, too!. No, it's not silly for you to be worried!. While my grandparents were still alive, we called them every WEEK (or vice versa) just to keep tabs on everybody!. Is she fairly active yet, or is she an elderly lady!? Either way, I'd be wanting to find out!. So, if your Dad won't talk about it, take the bull by the horns and do it yourself--to put your mind at ease if nothing else!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It could be anything -- she could very well be extremely busy lately, or she could be going through a tough time right now, it's hard to tell!.

Ask your dad if you can please call your grandma and talk with her!. Tell him you've never gone this long without talking with her, and that you'd feel MUCH better just hearing her voice!.

Once he realizes how much it would mean to you, I think he'll say ok!.
