I obtained 2 for a friend on both of her parents!. They applied in the fall of 1934 so they would be part of Social Security when it took effect January 1935!.

It gave their full names, their place of birth including county!. It gave both parents' names, including mother's maiden name and places of birth of both parents!.

However, the government changes forms down through the years!. Don't know if they still get all that information!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
