At this point, your best bet is to go to a local library and ask the librarian!. She/He will point you in the right direction!. You may be able to find an actual paper from that week or it may be on microfiche or perhaps the library digitizes its subscriptions!. In either case, a couple nickles for a copy should get you what you want!.

Good luck!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

It should have been printed in the local newspaper; if you know the name of the newspaper where he died, was buried, etc!., just google "grand rapids, michigan daily news" or whatever it is called!. The funeral home should also have an obituary (I got my brother's obituary that way)!.
If you can not obtain it online, write to the funeral home and/or the newspaper and ask for a copy!. Newspapers all have copies of all their newspapers since they commenced printing and keep them in the "morgue"!. So, it is simply a matter of going back to the proper date and obtaining a copy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
