DidDit is right but she means go to the probate court in the dead person's county of residence when they died!. That is, if your Grandfather lived in Ohio but died on a skiing trip to Peru, or was eaten by a shark in Hawaii, you'd visit or write to the probate court in Ohio!. That's for the USA!.
