Hi, I've used ancestry!.co!.uk but it did not limit its search to the info given so trawling through millions of records was a pain!. It also did not have marriages!. Does anyone have a site they would recommend!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I use many UK sites and I guess you could say that what one doesn't have another will - Yes it is a pain to trawl quarter by quarter through Ancestry!.

Look up the Church of Latter Day Saints site!. I think it is called www!.familyhistory!.com

It is free and is there because there members need to know who their ancesters were!.

If your ancestors are English or Welsh ancestry co!.uk is the best It does have marriages ! as well as births and deaths the Census returns are digitised so an accurate and very useful source !. The FWww@QuestionHome@Com
