Rootweb is another search that works great as well as just to google it!. I'll let you know if I find anything Here is what I found Rebeca Unk born 1851 couldn't find her parents yetWww@QuestionHome@Com I found a Josiah Perry Manis that married Rebecca Davis 20 Sept 1868 in Sevier County!. I find an 8 year old Rebecca Davis living with Rufus (age 35) and Nancy (age 34) in Sevier County in 1860!. Other children in the household were: William age 10 Sarah 6 Berthena 5 Asa 3 Evaline 1Www@QuestionHome@Com You could approach your local churches they keep records of births and deaths!. also go to your main branch Library and look in their reference dept, sometimes if the person was well known there will be things written up in all sorts of books!. also Type in on any search machine, your ancestors name, you'd be surprised how much information will come up!.hope this helps a little!.Www@QuestionHome@Com |
