You can apply to the Salvation Army Family Tracing Unit!. There is a charge, or thy could give you advice!. A lot depends on whether he has a common or unusual name!. It is worth getting in touch with the Salvation Army; if they can not help your brother then they will be able to advise you n what to do next!. You could always put up small posters with your brother's picture and a telephone number for anyone who has news of him!.!.or himself of course, to make contact with!.!.!.but you will need permission to put them up!.
