If he is still among the living, you might try looking him up on Peopledata!.com or Zabasearch!. When I tried to look his name up, I found several Kenneth O'Brians with a date around that which you are looking for!. <You have to omit the apostrophe in his name for it to pull up!.>

Peopledata is a FREE website that uses people's public records information and lists their name, address and sometimes, even gives a phone number and it has a date of when the information was recorded!.

None from Maryland, though!.
