You need his marriage license before we can help you!. There are too many holes and we need one concrete document to work from!. My guess is that you're possibly looking for someone now in Midland MI who retired from Dow Chemical, but I can't prove it yet!.

Your birth certificate is at the Cook County building across the street from Daley Center!. They can pull it for you in about 10 minutes!. You can also find their marriage license in the same office if they were married!. Here's their website:

Otherwise, follow what I gave you a couple of days ago and follow the Polk's Directories at the Harold Washington library!. It's really hard to trace forward on the internet when the most recent info you have is over 40 years old!. That much information on living people just isn't online because of privacy laws!. The only input I can provide is that there is no "Leavington" in N!.Y!.
Possibly it was "Levittown" which is in N!.Y State, on Long Island
