Has anyone used Footnote.com? Any problems cancelling free subscription?

Question: Has anyone used Footnote!.com!? Any problems cancelling free subscription!?

I am tempted by their free 7 day trial, but I am not sure of they are trust-worthy -- before I enter my credit card info for the free trial, I thought I'd ask if there has been any issues with them -- or it it's even worth applying for the trial if there isn't much documentation, etc

Hi Cora, I actually did the 7-day trial and canceled after 6 days!. No problems at all!. In fact, I got confirmation in writing from them that my account was canceled, and on what date!.

I unfortunately didn't find much on my family, but they are always adding databases and I will probably try it again next year just to see if anything turns up on my elusive ancestors!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I took the free trial and found so much info the first day to make it worth the $59!.95!.
I'm very happy with it!. I'm not sure though what would have happened if I would have tried to cancel!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
