That's a difficult question, since some tribal rights were established by government rolls rather than the percentage of "blood!." A full-blood Choctaw that declined to participate in the Dawes Commission registry would have given up all claims to be part of the tribe, for themselves and descendants, although their heritage could not be denied!. The US Federal Government and the Department of Indian Affairs declare Native American as 25% or greater!. Now most tribes want documented proof and they have the ability to determine lower % with clear proof and all!. But in the end it is up to the tribe!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
