There are numerous trees on ancestry, listing Julia Ann nee Turner West, but none of the accessible trees had her parents names listed!. ABOUT 1900 to now!.!. the main thing is vital records (birth certs/ death certs, so forth)!. This is tricky!.!. some states had them before 1900, and some not until after!. That is just general!. 1913 in Utah, did she have a death cert!? I would suspect LDS family in Utah, and yes, she is in their database, but parents not identified!. From 1850 to 1930, the census is fantastic, since that is when the census started naming everyone in the house!. And then there is "pre census"!. Girls married before 1850 are tricky!.!. since they change names and live with husband!. One luck out is IF her mother/father ever moved in with the married kids!. For this, you need to be sure and check 1850-1900, every census!. IF her father (or mother) owned land, and died, left wills, and it names daughter by married name (or!.!. includes husband by name, since they owned what was left to the wife)!.
