The problem with both Earl and Ethel is that there are several of each, and I had no way to confirm which was your family!. Since Jack was born in 1926, he and his parents will normally be findable in the 1930 census!. My subscription is down right now!.!. or I would be happy to do that!. Someone will probably come in behind me, and do that!. There are also many Earl Carpers in the family files at rootsweb, one of which could be yours!.
