Anyone not believe your Ancestory?

Question: Anyone not believe your Ancestory!?

I'm white, black, latino, asian, and native american!.

So basically I don't really look like any group in particular!.

But my skin is Caucasian/Asian white so I normally am considered White but when I tell people my ancestry they either don't believe me or laugh like I was kidding!. It bugs the hell out of me!.

Don't let it bug you!.!. one problem is that persons who have no experience in genealogy, make assumptions about people based on appearances!.
All depends on who you tend to hang out with!. If you spend time here in genealogy, and we talk about having the documents to verify your ancestors!.!. hey, we are not going to laugh or dispute you!. People in here KNOW better!.
We get people asking all the time, "what do you think my ethnicity is!?" and they give links to a picture!. Them, I do laugh at and ignore!. Pictures are useless!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't care what they believe!.

I only care about what I can document!.

Ancestry is a matter of trying to understand what real people of the past did in order to make you possible!.

Ignore the nay-sayers of the present, and search your ancestry with unbridled pride instead!.

Do you have any real proof documenting your ancestry or is it just hearsay!? If it just hearsay, then I'd be laughing in your face too!.
