They use the cheek swab; took 4 or 5 weeks before I received my written report; I have a webpage dedicated to my own ancestors; there is a world wide map depicting where my ancestors came from; tutorials to explain DNA testing; and they do the DNA testing for the National Geographics Genotype Program, which traces human migratory patterns!.
